  I ordered weatherstripping for our Scion xB online and had a feeling I ordered the incorrect ones. I called a day or two later when my order was still in process and it turned out that I did. They stopped my original order, corrected my error, and were able to charge me the difference for what I owed. The parts arrived in the original quoted timeframe and were exactly what we needed! The gentleman I spoke with was kind and provided great customer service to me.
