  My husband and I had a terrible experience with this company. We took a tour the week before thanksgiving and we will NEVER have anything good to say about this company. To start with, their website states free, fenced in parking when in fact we were charged 5$ when we arrived just to park. Although this struck us as strange we payed and continued on with the trip. We were told before heading out on the boat that normally it only took around five minutes to a half hour to find a manatee, we saw none. Mind you, their website to this day states "we guarantee a manatee sighting." In reality they guarantee that they will scam you for every cent and give you nothing in return. After not seeing one manatee in three hours we were not offered any type of refund but instead our captain Donna said that while we would not find manatees after a TWO hour break we could all go swimming. We had a flight to catch and could not stay so instead I called Captain Mike on the way to the airport to nicely ask about the guarantee after stating we had not seen one manatee. He was very rude and told me he didn't understand why we didn't see one, there are 169 of them in the bay. After being told he would not refund me, I called my bank and he hung up on them twice as well. Unfortunately we could not get our money back as our bank would not honor a protection plan on debit cards, but I will never go back to Captain Mike again. If you do not believe the ratings on here go check the BBB claims on this company, they have an F rating.
