  I ordered a Mantua Santa Maria kit which the web site said was in stock and on sale.
  Was promised that my card would not be charged until the item was shipped.
  Was promised a tracking number when the item was shipped.
  My card was charged immediately by another company without my permission.
  I received no tracking number.
  Nature Coast never responded to any of my emails asking for the tracking number.
  Took weeks to receive my order from another company.
  It is obvious that Nature Coast has no product in stock and is simply ordering from a different company when I ordered from them.
  I can do that and eliminate the middle man!
  Horrible experience.

  Awful service. Placed an order for a model boat and when I called a week later to check on its status, was told that it has been on backorder for a while. Very rude person handled the call as well. Definitely NOT recommended.
